The website does not create user accounts and does not store your request in a database. The request is sent by email to info@techvalueplus.com through our email provider.
How we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your request and to prepare a quote. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not send marketing messages automatically.
Technical data
To protect the form from abuse, the server briefly keeps a counter linked to your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not written to a database and is cleared automatically.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and operation.
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is processed by our hosting and email providers only as needed to deliver the website and your message.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry emails and contact details for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and manage service delivery, or to meet any applicable legal obligation. When they are no longer needed, we delete them from our mailbox. This process is managed manually; the website does not automatically delete emails.
